The plain terms for a Single Market Review and a Weekly Market Review.
Who we are
Market Review publishes this site and the reports on it. In these terms, "we" means Market Review and "you" means the business that buys a Market Review. Reach us at hello@marketreview.net.
The Single Market Review
A Single Market Review costs $49, paid once when you order. It's a complete Market Review for your business, with nothing held back, and there's no obligation to subscribe.
We email you its private link within 24 hours of payment. It stays open for 30 days after we first send it. After that the link shows a page saying it has ended. Subscribe at any time and your Market Review opens again at the same link.
The Weekly Market Review
It covers one business location and gives you a new issue of your Market Review every week at your private link.
It costs $99 a month. Tax is included, and prices are in US dollars.
Subscribe from your Single Market Review and your first month is $49. That's given once per business. If you subscribe on this site, or cancel and subscribe again later, you pay $99 from the first month.
Subscribing and paying
You pay by card through Stripe, which emails you a receipt for each payment.
You pay before we research your market:
- On this site: you choose a plan and pay on Stripe's page. Your first Market Review arrives by email within 24 hours of payment.
- From your Single Market Review, or from a link we email you: you pay for your first month when you subscribe.
If we can't cover your market, we refund you in full and email you.
Monthly renewal
Your subscription renews every month: $99 is taken from your card each month until you cancel. There's no contract and no minimum term.
If a payment fails, your Market Review is paused until it's paid.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, without waiting for us. Use Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's page for cancelling or changing your card. The same link is at the foot of your Market Review. Or email hello@marketreview.net and we'll cancel it for you.
When you cancel, you aren't charged again, and your Market Review stays available until the end of the month you've paid for.
Refunds
We don't refund a Single Market Review or a month you've already paid for. A Weekly Market Review stays available until the paid month ends. If we can't cover your market, we refund you.
What a Market Review is
A Market Review reports what businesses publish and what public sources say at the time of research. Prices and ratings can change, so check the linked sources before acting. Its pricing suggestions are suggestions, not financial advice.
You decide what to do with your Market Review. Market Review isn't responsible for decisions made from the report, beyond what you paid us in the last month.
Changes
If we change the price or these terms, we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
Your private link
Your Market Review's link is private to you. There is no account and no password: anyone with the link can open it, so keep it to people you trust.
